After complaint, we got a room that was updated and corresponded to the pictures. Additional costs were not calculated. Location on the Bernabeu is very good
Room had nothing to do with the photos and did not correspond to any 4 star hotel. , Water stains on the walls. Facility worn and aged. Construction site in front of the room. Bad smell

The hotel was clean and had fantastically friendly staff at the reception desk. The restaurant was good with an a la carte menu offering fresh dishes.- The bedroom was nice and had a clean private bathroom.- Everything was very comfortable; this will be my choice again in Madrid.

There were separate beds in the double room.
Room service burst into our room at 8:30 when we were still sleeping . The blanket in the bathroom had mold stains. The ventilation in the bathroom was either broken or not available.

The room had an unpleasant smell of drain. That seems to have affected several rooms. Possibly the smell came over the heating / air conditioning. On the last day, the smell was not so intense.

Modern and functional furnishing. Only 5 minutes from the metro and 15 minutes by metro from the airport. The center can also be reached quickly and easily by metro. Quiet location and very good breakfast.
